ALGIERS - President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received on Tuesday the retired Russian colonel and former demining expert, Andrei Pavlenko, who played a crucial role after independence in helping Algeria clear landmines planted by French colonial forces during the Liberation Revolution.
