Merchants show near-total compliance with on-duty roster

ALGIERS - The Ministry of Internal Trade and National Market Regulation reported near-total compliance by traders with the mandatory on-duty roster system for the third consecutive day of Eid al-Adha, according to a statement issued on Friday.
