Algeria's CAGEX targets African market expansion in 2026

ALGIERS- The Algerian Company of Insurance and Export Guarantees (CAGEX), which operates in export credit insurance, plans to expand its African presence this year through the established branches of Algerian banks in Mauritania and Senegal. The move aims to provide better assistance to Algerian exporters, CAGEX CEO Zohir Laiche announced Thursday.
