Ouadah unveils three-phase strategy to MPs

ALGIERS - The Minister of Knowledge Economy, Start-ups and Micro-enterprises, Noureddine Ouadah, outlined on Thursday before the Economic Affairs, Development, Industry, Commerce and Planning Committee of the People’s National Assembly (lower house of Parliament) a comprehensive strategy for transitioning to a knowledge-based economy, structured around a three-phase roadmap, according to a statement from the lower house.
