Abdellatif highlights importance of developing e-commerce

ALGIERS - The Minister of Internal Trade and National Market Regulation, Amel Abdellatif, emphasized on Wednesday in Algiers the importance of regulating e-commerce to foster its development in an "organized and responsible" manner, preventing any informal activities outside legal frameworks.
