Arkab, Zerhouni discuss tapping Algerian experts abroad to develop hydrocarbon sector

ALGIERS - Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons Mohamed Arkab received Saturday, in Algiers, Professor Elias Zerhouni, coordinator of the High Council for National Scientific Community Abroad, to explore means to strengthen scientific and technical cooperation and to draw on Algerian expertise abroad in developing the hydrocarbons industry, the ministry said in a statement.
