Bolstering energy security, developing clean energy central to sector's 2027 priorities

ALGIERS - Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies Mourad Adjal stressed on Tuesday in Algiers that bolstering energy security, developing clean energy sources and improving public service are the sector's primary priorities for 2027, noting that a proposed budget of DZD 123.4 billion has been allocated for this purpose, particularly to support electricity and gas connection projects, renewable energy development and energy efficiency.
