Arkab, Kuwaiti counterpart examine boosting bilateral cooperation

ALGIERS - The Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons, Mohamed Arkab, examined on Monday in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), with the Kuwaiti Minister of Oil, Tariq Suleiman Al-Roumi, ways to boost cooperation relations between the two countries in hydrocarbons, the ministry said in a statement.
