ORAN - Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons, Mohamed Arkab, and Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies, Mourad Adjal, opened the 14th edition of the Africa and Mediterranean Hydrocarbon Exhibition and Conference (NAPEC 2026) on Monday morning in Oran, featuring over 450 exhibitors and 230 speakers.
