Arkab, German State Secretary discuss bolstering bilateral cooperation

ALGIERS - Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons Mohamed Arkab received, on Thursday in Algiers, State Secretary at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy Frank Wetzel, with whom he explored means to strengthen bilateral cooperation and develop partnership between the two countries, particularly in the hydrocarbons sector, as per a ministry statement.
