Arkab holds talks with Niger’s President in Niamey

ALGIERS - The Minister of State and Minister of Hydrocarbons, Mohamed Arkab, was received in Niamey on Tuesday by the President of the Republic of Niger, General Abdourahamane Tiani. The meeting took place as part of a working visit to Niger undertaken at the request of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, according to a ministry statement.
