ALGIERS - Minister of Mines and Mining Industry Mourad Hanifi received a high-level delegation from Angola's Ministry of Mineral Resources, Petroleum and Gas in Algiers on Monday, as Luanda looks to draw on Algeria's expertise to develop its mining sector.
