Algeria, Azerbaijan discuss bolstering hydrocarbons partnership

ALGIERS - The Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons, Mohamed Arkab, and Azerbaijan’s Minister of Energy, Parviz Shahbazov, discussed on Tuesday, ways to strengthen cooperation and partnership between the two countries in the hydrocarbons sector, particularly in the areas of field development, oilfield services, hydrocarbon transportation, refining and petrochemicals.
