Arkab, German FM discuss fostering bilateral cooperation

ALGIERS - Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons Mohamed Arkab received the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany, Johann Wadephul, and his accompanying delegation on Tuesday at the ministry's headquarters to discuss the ways to foster bilateral cooperation and develop partnerships in areas of mutual interest.
