Algeria-Niger talks on hydrocarbons investment, partnership

ALGIERS - The Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons, Mohamed Arkab, received the Director General of the Nigerien Petroleum Company (SONIDEP), Ali Seibou Hassane, on Saturday in Algiers to discuss ways to deepen strategic partnership and investment, particularly regarding the development of the "Bilma" oil block, according to a ministry statement.
