Hydrocarbons: First African platform to boost local content to be launched Wednesday

ALGIERS - The African Petroleum Producers' Organization (APPO) announced Tuesday that Africa's first continental tendering platform for the energy sector will be officially launched Wednesday, aimed at facilitating local companies' access to the continent's energy markets.
