Algeria, Chad discuss speeding up cement plant project, expanding industrial cooperation

ALGIERS - Minister of Industry Yahia Bechir received Wednesday, in Algiers, a delegation from Chad to discuss ways of accelerating and strengthening industrial cooperation between the two countries, particularly through the execution of joint projects, chief among them a cement plant to be built in Chad in partnership with GICA group, the ministry said in a statement.
