BERLIN - Algeria and Germany signed Thursday, in Berlin, a joint declaration of intent to cooperate on reducing methane emissions in the oil and gas sector, as part of the official visit the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, is paying to this friendly country.
