Algeria, Russia discuss strengthening partnership in Moscow

ALGIERS - Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons Mohamed Arkab met on Thursday in Moscow with Russian Energy Minister Sergey Tsivilev to discuss ways of strengthening bilateral cooperation in the energy and hydrocarbons sectors, on the eve of the 13th session of the Algerian-Russian Joint Intergovernmental Commission for Economic, Trade, Scientific and Technical Cooperation, according to a ministry statement.
