Arkab receives Chairman of German group VNG AG's Executive Board

ALGIERS - Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons Mohamed Arkab received on Thursday, in Algiers, the Chairman of the Executive Board of the German energy group VNG AG, Ulf Heitmuller, with whom he examined the opportunities for business development and investments in the hydrocarbons sector, as per a ministry release.
