Arkab receives delegation from Chad's Downstream Petroleum Sector Regulatory Authority

ALGIERS - Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons Mohamed Arkab received on Monday, in Algiers, a delegation from the Downstream Petroleum Sector Regulatory Authority in the Republic of Chad, headed by the Director General of the Authority, Hassan Adoum Younousmi, as per a ministry statement.
