Algeria, Chile seek stronger mining cooperation

ALGIERS - The Minister of Mines and Mining Industries, Mourad Hanifi, held talks on Tuesday in Algiers with the Ambassador of Chile to Algeria, Juan Claudio Valenzuela, on ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the mining sector, according to a statement issued by the ministry. The discussions focused particularly on the fields of mineral resource exploration, exploitation, and valorization.
