Hydrocarbons: Arkab receives Executive Secretary of African Refiners, Distributors Association

ALGIERS - The Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons, Mohamed Arkab, received on Sunday, in Algiers, the Executive Secretary of the African Refiners and Distributors Association "ARDA," Anibor Kragha, with whom he discussed ways to strengthen cooperation between hydrocarbon sector institutions and the Association, the Ministry said in a statement.
