Arkab, Syrian FM discuss boosting bilateral cooperation

ALGIERS  -The Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons, Mohamed Arkab, received on Thursday, in Algiers, the Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani, with whom he discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the hydrocarbons sector, according to a ministry statement.
