Arkab, DRC counterpart explore bolstering bilateral relations

ALGIERS - The Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons, Mohamed Arkab, received on Saturday in Algiers the Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Acacia Bandubola Mbongo, with both sides discussing the state and prospects of bilateral cooperation in the hydrocarbons sector, as well as the means to bolster it, the ministry said in a statement.
