Algeria, Democratic Republic of Congo sign hydrocarbons cooperation agreement

ALGIERS  – Algeria signed on Saturday a cooperation agreement in the field of hydrocarbons with the Democratic Republic of the Congo, aimed at developing bilateral relations in the various links of the value chain in this field, the Ministry of Hydrocarbons said in a statement.
