Arkab, Nigerien delegation discuss hydrocarbons cooperation

ALGIERS, 19 May 2026 (APS) - The Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons, Mohamed Arkab, received a delegation from the Ministry of Petroleum of the Republic of Niger on Tuesday in Algiers. The Nigerien delegation was led by the ministry’s Secretary-General, Abdel Karim Mohamed Ali, according to an official statement.
