ALGIERS – The Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons, Mohamed Arkab, reaffirmed Tuesday, in Algiers, the country’s determination to honor its international energy commitments, stressing that the country possesses major structural advantages that will allow it to further strengthen its standing as a reliable long-term partner on the international stage.
