Talks in Algiers to establish African hydrocarbons regulators forum

ALGIERS - The Hydrocarbons Regulatory Authority and the African Petroleum Producers’ Organization (APPO) have discussed an initiative to establish an african hydrocarbons regulators forum, according to a statement released by the Authority on Sunday.
