Algeria, Côte d’Ivoire sign landmark hydrocarbons, mining cooperation agreement

ALGIERS - The Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, and the Minister of Mines, Petroleum, and Energy of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, Mamadou Sangafowa Coulibaly, who currently chairs the ministerial meeting of the Organization of African Oil Producing Countries, signed on Saturday in Algiers, a comprehensive cooperation agreement in the fields of hydrocarbons, mining, and energy, with a view to strengthening bilateral partnership and develop joint projects across various segments of the value chain.
