Algeria, Niger sign MoU in hydrocarbons

NIAMEY - Algeria and Niger signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Tuesday in Niamey to strengthen bilateral cooperation and develop joint projects in the hydrocarbons sector, according to a press release from the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Mines.
