Arkab receives Namibian presidential advisor to boost bilateral cooperation

ALGIERS - The Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, received Sunday, at the ministry's headquarters, Kornelia Shilunga, special advisor to the President of Namibia and Head of the Upstream Petroleum Unit, who is on a working visit to Algeria.
