Arkab meets Chad’s President in N’Djamena

ALGIERS - Representing the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, at the International Exhibition of Mines, Quarries, and Hydrocarbons "SEMICA Chad 2026," the Minister of State, Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, was received by the President of the Republic of Chad, Marechal Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno, the ministry announced in a communiqué on Thursday.
