ALGIERS - Three cooperation agreements between Algeria and Chad in the hydrocarbons sector were signed today in N'Djamena, on the sidelines of the International Exhibition for Mining, Quarrying and Hydrocarbons "SEMICA Chad 2026," according to a statement from the Ministry of Energy and Mines.
