Participants adopt "Algiers Declaration"

Algiers – Participants in the African Ministerial Conference on Local Production of Medicines and Health Technologies have adopted the "Algiers Declaration", a landmark document aimed at strengthening Africa’s health sovereignty through the development of a robust continental pharmaceutical industry and a significant reduction in dependence on imported medicines and health products.
