Arkab holds talks with IEF Secretary General

ALGIERS - Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, held Monday, in Riyadh, bilateral talks with the Secretary General of the International Energy Forum (IEF), Jassim Alshirawi, on ways to strengthen cooperation, the ministry said in a press release.
