Hydrocarbons sector has achieved significant results in recent years, says Arkab

ALGIERS - State Minister and Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, said on Saturday in Algiers, that the hydrocarbons sector has achieved "significant" results in recent years, stressing the need to focus on localizing technology and fostering effective partnerships with national and foreign companies to further improve its performance.
