Arkab discusses strengthening bilateral cooperation with Congolese counterpart

ALGIERS - The Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, held on Monday, in Brazzaville, talks with the Minister of Hydrocarbons of the Republic of Congo and current president of the African Petroleum Producers Organization (APPO), Bruno Jean Richard Itoua, on ways and means to strengthen cooperation in the sector, the ministry said in a statement.
