Arkab participates in meeting of APPO’s Ministerial Council in Brazzaville

ALGIERS - The Minister of Hydrocarbons and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, will participate on Tuesday in Brazzaville (Republic of Congo) in the 48th session of the Ministerial Council of the African Petroleum Producers' Organization (APPO), according to a statement from the ministry.
