Algeria, Niger enhance technical cooperation in public works and basic infrastructure

ALGIERS - Bilateral consultations between Algeria and Niger on enhancing technical cooperation in public works and basic infrastructure culminated Thursday in Algiers with the signing of specific agreements and the adoption of a joint action plan, the Ministry of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure said in a statement.
