Djellaoui urges faster progress

ALGIERS - The Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure, Abdelkader Djellaoui, stressed on Sunday the need to speed up the construction of the Annaba phosphate port expansion project and mobilize all necessary human and material resources to ensure its timely completion, the ministry said in a statement.
