Chadian Infrastructure Minister commends President Tebboune's vision for African integration

ALGIERS - Chad's Minister for Infrastructure, Access-Improvement and Road Maintenance, Amir Idris Kourda, commended the strategic vision of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, aimed at advancing African cooperation and integration and embodying major structural projects, especially the Trans-Saharan Highway project.
