Djellaoui inspects progress on Annaba phosphate port expansion project

ANNABA – The Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure, Abdelkader Djellaoui, inspected on Tuesday, as part of a working visit, the construction works of Annaba phosphate port expansion project that includes the building of a mineral quay.
