Cap Djinet 2 plant in Boumerdes begins full-capacity production

ALGIERS — The Sonatrach group announced on Thursday in a press release that the Cap Djinet 2 seawater desalination plant (located in Boumerdes province) had entered into full production at an estimated operational capacity of 300,000 m3/day, equivalent to 300 million liters of desalinated water, following the completion of all technical tests and quality controls.
