IMF: Algeria among four largest Arab, African economies based on PPP

ALGIERS - The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has estimated Algeria’s projected gross domestic product (GDP) for 2026, based on purchasing power parity (PPP), at USD 915 billion, with expectations that it will exceed the USD 1 trillion mark by 2029, placing it among the four largest economies in the Arab region and on the African continent.
