Algerian Investment Promotion Agency elected to chair WAIPA’s MENA regional office

ALGIERS - The Algerian Investment Promotion Agency (AAPI) was unanimously elected Tuesday to head the Middle East and North Africa regional office of the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA), on the sidelines of the World Investment Conference, the agency said in a statement, noting that this election "establishes Algeria’s position as an influential player in African, Arab and Mediterranean spheres."
