More effective framework law to help sector adapt to change, make better use of land, experts say

ALGIERS - Agricultural experts on Monday underscored the significance of the decision of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to prepare a more effective framework law for the sector, saying it will help modernize the regulations governing farming and bring them in line with the sector’s evolving needs.
