New Agricultural guidance bill sets fresh path for sector reform, says minister

ALGIERS  – The Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, Yacine El-Mahdi Oualid, emphasized that the new bill on agricultural guidance and food sovereignty represents a fresh approach to reorganize the agricultural sector, stressing its expected role in strengthening Algeria’s food security.
