Algeria adopts comprehensive strategy to combat climate effects, ensure water security

MOSTAGANEM - The Minister of Water Resources, Taha Derbal, affirmed Thursday in Mostaganem province that Algeria currently relies on a clear, well-studied and precise national strategy, to tackle the effects of climate change particularly on water resources and to achieve water security.
