ALGIERS - Prime Minister Sifi Ghrieb on Thursday presided over the events marking the International Arabic Language Day (December 18th) and the awarding of the inaugural President of the Republic's Prize for Literature and Arabic Language, at the Abdellatif Rahal International Conference Center in Algiers.
